McAlister's Deli

Food was cold. The potato was dried & so was the pickle. The potato was so cold the butter didn't melt. The reuben sandwich was cold. the service was fast but the food was awful is $37 for three of us. Won't be going back.

We absolutely love coming to McAlisters but today was awful... the menu has changed so much, we had to get our own sodas / teas, they've taken away the banana peppers & only had 2 pickles left in the large jar. We finally found a table, considering most had people and others were dirty. Once brought our food the young lady laid it down, we ordered the chicken tortilla soup- she laid the plate down and it had 6 small chips. Ridiculous.. we looked at the young lady after she said oh did you want more chips. We replied yeah that would be nice since we just spent $30. She then brought a bowl of chips.Very, very disappointed. This Mcalisters is usually our go-to but not anymore..

Great healthy food. Fast and about the same price as Applebees or Chili's, only way better for you. The staff was on point and everything seems like it runs effortlessly.
